THORNTONS OIL / 01-03-07 / 0604 HRS. / 7920 BARDSTOWN RD.

NARRATIVE: Two black males entered the business masked.. BM#1 was armed with a handgun and BM#2 was armed with a rifle. BM#1 announced the robbery as BM#2 fired several shots. They gathered the business cash and fled through the same door they entered.

SUSPECT #1: BM / 18-25 / 5'5" - 5'7" / 140-150 / thin build / dark complexion / brown eyes / black hair / LSW: red and white checkered fishing hat / red T-shirt tied around lower portion of face / black long-sleeve shirt / black pants / red gloves

SUSPECT #1: BM / 18-25 / 5'10" - 6'1" / 150-160 / thin build / dark complexion / brown eyes / black hair / LSW: black baseball hat / black bandanna with white paisley design worn over lower portion of face / black long-sleeve T-shirt worn over white T-shirt / black pants / black shoes

On March 6, 2008, Gene Simpson and Devin Bridgewater were arrested and charged with this robbery. Their cases are pending in Jefferson Circuit Court.
