GOLDEN TAN LINE / 01-15-08 / 1900 HRS. / 5910 PRESTON HIGHWAY

NARRATIVE: One black male entered the business and asked for change. He then pulled out a handgun and pointed it at the victim. The BM then reached into the register and removed the money. The BM then fled northbound from the business on foot.

SUSPECT#1: BM / 18-25 / 5'10" - 6' / 160-170 / thin build / dark complexion / brown eyes / large tattoo on the back of right hand, possibly cursive writing with an outline / LSW: gray hoody with white stripe around hood and down arms w/red stitched non-descript writing across chest and hood worn up / dark pants with vertical stripes down the back of the legs and a distinctive lighter design on the back right pocket

5'10" 169lbs. Jail ID: 528854

On February 20, 2008, Morris Todd was arrested and charged with this robbery. His case is pending in Jefferson Circuit Court.
