NARRATIVE: One black male entered the business and approached the counter. He asked for change. When the clerk opened the register, the BM brandished a handgun and pointed it at the clerk. The BM then removed the money from the register. The BM then fled from the business last seen westbound on E. Indian Tr.

SUSPECT#1: BM / 20-25 / 5'10" - 6' / 160-170 / thin build / medium-dark complexion / brown eyes / short, close-cut hair / LSW: dark brown waist-length jacket / black shirt / blue jeans

M/B DOB: 07-09-89

5'10" 169lbs. Jail ID: 528854

On February 20, 2008, Morris Todd was arrested and charged with this robbery. His case is pending in Jefferson Circuit Court.
