BADER'S FOOD MART / 01-29-08 / 0100 HRS. / 1244 EAST BROADWAY
NARRATIVE: One white male confronted the victim outside of the business, indicated he was armed with a handgun, and demanded the business cash. The victim re-entered the store with the suspect following her and opened the register. The victim removed the cash from the register and gave it to the WM, who then ran out of the store westbound towards the alley.
SUSPECT#1: WM / 20's - 30's / 5'7" - 5'9" / 140-160 / thin build / light complexion / dark brown hair / LSW: gray bandanna worn over lower portion of face / light blue denim jacket / blue shirt with non-descript writing on the front / blue jeans / brown work boots

Terry Wayne Dellinger M/W DOB: 11-04-66 5'8" 150lbs. Jail ID: 466293On March 14, 2008, Terry Dellinger was arrested and charged with this robbery. His case is pending in Jefferson Circuit Court.
