CASH TYME / 01-10-09 / 1005 HRS. / 11340 PRESTON HIGHWAY

NARRATIVE: One black male and one white male entered the business through the front door masked and armed. The BM vaulted over the counter and demanded and received the business cash. Both suspects then fled the scene. Both got into a getaway vehicle which fled southbound on Preston Hwy.

SUSPECT #1: BM / 18-22 / 5'10" - 6' / 170-185 / thin build / brown eyes / LSW: black hoody with hood worn up / dark pants / gray, white and orange tennis shoes / white surgical mask or dust mask over face

SUSPECT #2: WM / 18-22 / 5'7" - 6' / 170-175 / thin build / possibly blue eyes / LSW: light-colored hoody with hood worn up / dark pants, possibly jeans or work pants / orange toboggan / white surgical mask or dust mask over face

5'9" 140lbs. Jail ID: 539034

On January 19, 2009, Eric Wade and a juvenile co-defendant were arrested and charged with this and several other robberies. His case is pending in Jefferson Circuit Court. Juvenile records are confidential as part of Kentucky law.
