SPEEDY MART / 01-12-09 / 1508 HRS. / 10231 BLUE LICK ROAD

NARRATIVE: One white male entered the store and immediately confronted the clerks from the opposite side of the counter. He pointed a handgun at them and demanded the business cash. He went behind the counter and forced the victims to open the register. He took the business cash and was seen by witnesses entering a getaway vehicle which fled south on Blue Lick Rd.

SUSPECT #1: WM / 30-33 / 5'7" - 5'11" / 190 / medium build, large stomach / fair complexion / medium brown hair / full mustache / LSW: gray cloth with homemade eyeholes worn over face / black hoody with hood worn up / blue jeans / black boots / black gloves

On February 19, 2009, John Hall was indicted by a Jefferson County Grand Jury for this and several other robberies. His case is pending in Jefferson Circuit Court.
