NATIONAL CITY BANK / 01-13-09 / 1530 HRS. / 3603 BARDSTOWN ROAD
NARRATIVE: One white male entered the bank, approached the teller, and presented a demand note that indicated he was armed with an explosive. The teller complied and the WM calmly walked through the front door. He was last seen eastbound from the bank on foot.
SUSPECT #1: WM / 40-50 / 5'9" - 5'11" / 230-250 / heavy build / light complexion / brown hair / unshaven with long mustache / LSW: white gauze bandage over left eye / red or orange baseball cap / olive green zippered coat zipped up with hood worn up / red and black shirt under coat / dark pants / brown boots / thick white gloves with unknown brown substance on them

Cecil Messer M/W DOB: 05-08-63 5'10" 240lbs. Jail ID: 537055On February 10, 2009, Cecil Messer was indicted by a Jefferson County Grand Jury for this robbery. His case is pending in Jefferson Circuit Court.
