JUANITA'S BURGER BOY / 01-19-09 / 0125 HOURS / 1450 SOUTH BROOK ST.

NARRATIVE: One black male entered the business through the front door and immediately confronted the victim from the opposite side of the counter. The BM displayed a handgun and demanded the business cash. The victim opened the register and the BM reached across the counter and removed the money from the till. The BM then feld and entered a getaway vehicle which had been left running in the alley.

SUSPECT #1: BM / 30-35 / 6' - 6'4" / 200-220 / thin build / medium complexion / Rx glasses, rectangular lenses with gold trim / LSW: faded red UofL baseball cap with a white "L" on the front / gray ear wrap worn around the neck / navy pullover sweatshirt with "ENYCE" written in white across the chest / blue jeans / white tennis shoes

6'6" 210lbs. Jail ID: 415220

On April 14, 2009, Justin Jewell was arrested and charged with this and several other robberies. His case is pending in Jefferson Circuit Court.
