SPEEDWAY OIL / 01-20-09 / 0333 HOURS / 2720 TAYLORSVILLE ROAD

NARRATIVE:  One black male entered the front door, approached the victim, and forced him behind the counter.  The victim opened the register and handed the BM the money.  The BM then ran around to the exit door and fled eastbound on foot.

SUSPECT #1:  BM / 18-21 / 5'6" - 5'9" / 120-140 / thin build / light complexion / LSW:  red hoody with the hood worn up / black jeans with red trim / black shoes

Suspect 1:Damon Larone Malone

   M/B  DOB: 01-28-90

   5'8" 135lbs. Jail ID: 535686

On January 22, 2009, Damon Malone was arrested and charged with this and several other robberies. His case is pending in Jefferson Circuit Court.
