CIRILLA'S / 10-08-09 / 2142 HRS. / 3601 FERN VALLEY ROAD
NARRATIVE: One black male entered through the front door and shopped for a few minutes. The BM then indicated he was armed with a handgun and demanded and received the business cash. He fled and was seen by a witness entering the listed getaway vehicle which was parked behind the adjacent Circle K.
SUSPECT #1: BM / 30-40 / 6' - 6'2" / 210-230 / heavy build, stocky / dark complexion / bald / mustache / LSW: black leather jacket / thin white sweater / black pants
